CrossInbox is built for shared inboxes, so roles control who can change settings versus who just handles conversations.
- 1 Open the Team page and send an invite by email.
- 2 Choose a role: owner and admin can manage settings, billing, and connections; agents work the inbox.
- 3 The invitee accepts from the link in their email and joins your workspace.
