Getting started with CrossInbox
Create your workspace, connect a channel, and send your first reply in under ten minutes.
CrossInbox brings your WhatsApp conversations, SMS, and email marketing into one shared inbox. This guide walks a brand-new account from sign-up to a working setup.
The five-minute path
- 1 Create your account and verify your email with the code we send you.
- 2 Name your workspace — this is the shared space your team logs into.
- 3 Open My App (Connections) from the sidebar and connect at least one channel: WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- 4 Invite your teammates from the Team page and assign each a role.
- 5 Head to the Inbox — incoming messages land here in real time.
You do not have to connect everything at once. Start with the one channel your customers use most, then add the others later from the same My App screen.
